Hi Tony,
I think is very hard to give you a feedback how to improve your service! We spend an excellent time this weekend, great dives as always and fun with Willy and the others divers. I was really well impressed by the use of video and marker to draw on the video to do the briefing. It very important to keep both: the Human factor (Willy tayloring the dive plan for the actual people) and the "techy DVD" presentation to provide direct and clear information. You might add beside a table/board/poster with the fish we can see and some basic information. You could have a gestbook at Unisub to sign, non only on the Web SIte. I also highly appreciated you can communicate many languages. The price of the dives in adequate, so please don´t rise it!!! :-)))))!!!!
I hope to come there soon with other friends!
