Likewise, the user declares that he or she is of legal age, or an emancipated minor, and has the legal and legal capacity necessary to access the UNISUB ESTARTIT SL websites and contract through them. However, UNISUB ESTARTIT SL reserves the right to withdraw, replace or change the offers offered to its clients through its website, by simply changing their content. In this way, the products and/or services offered at all times by the UNISUB ESTARTIT SL website will be governed by the General Conditions in force in each case. Likewise, the company will have the right to stop offering, without prior notice and at any time, access to the aforementioned products and/or services.Price indicationEach possible reservation offered will have its price indicated in euros and whether it includes VAT or any other tax that, if applicable, is applicable. The prices indicated on the screen will be those in force at all times.AvailabilityThe availability of the offers offered by UNISUB ESTARTIT SL through its website may vary depending on customer demand. Although UNISUB ESTARTIT SL updates the database periodically, the reservation requested by the client could be complete at that time. In this case, UNISUB ESTARTIT SL will send an e-mail to the client informing them of the impossibility of availability of the offer.Payment MethodsUNISUB ESTARTIT SL has the following payment methods:· Full payment at the time of bookingUNISUB ESTARTIT SL requests, in reservations through its website, the details of a credit card, the reservation holder, to formalize the same by collecting the full amount of the invoice.
Cancellation Policy
All activities must be paid in full at the time of booking. Your reservation will be confirmed once payment is received.
Cancellations by the Customer
In the event of a cancellation, the following conditions apply:
- More than 20 days prior to the activity date: 100% refund of the amount paid.
- Between 20 and 7 days prior to the activity: 25% of the amount paid will be retained (75% refund).
- Between 6 days and 48 hours before the activity: 75% of the amount paid will be retained (25% refund).
- Less than 48 hours in advance: 100% of the amount paid will be retained, with no right to a refund.
Cancellations by Unisub
If Unisub is forced to cancel an activity due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or force majeure, the customer may choose between:
- Rescheduling the activity for another available date.
- Receiving a full refund of the amount paid.
Cases of Force Majeure on the Part of the Customer
In duly justified cases of force majeure (such as illness, travel restrictions, or other similar circumstances), Unisub may offer to reschedule the activity within the same calendar year, subject to availability. These situations do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund of the amount paid.
No-Shows and Documentation
The reservation will be considered forfeited, with no right to a refund or date change, in the following cases:
Failure to show up on the day and time of the activity (no-show). For all activities, the meeting point is at the dive center one hour before departure.
Failure to provide the mandatory documentation required to participate in the diving activity.
Gift certificates are valid for one year and are non-refundable.
WithdrawalAccording to the provisions of article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, supplies of services or goods made in accordance with the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized, or that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal.ClaimIf the user wishes to file a claim, they must contact us by email at INFO@UNISUB.ES.
