The course prepares you to act with confidence in the critical moments between the occurrence of a life-threatening emergency and the arrival of emergency medical services.
During face-to-face sessions with an EFR instructor, you will learn essential skills such as performing CPR, administering first aid for pain relief, assessing different injuries and illnesses, and practising bandaging and immobilisation techniques.
Completing this programme not only gives you vital knowledge to help others in emergency situations, but also fulfils the first aid and CPR requirements needed to earn PADI Rescue Diver and PADI Divemaster certification.
