The sea freediving try-dive is an introductory experience to try freediving in the natural environment and discover what this activity feels like in open water. The session includes relaxation and breathing exercises on the boat before moving into the sea, where you will first practice surface apnea while holding onto the buoy, and then perform guided descents along the rope, accompanied at all times by an instructor, to a maximum depth of 5 meters.
It is an activity designed to experience freediving in a calm and safe way, with no sporting objective, just to enjoy the sensation of breathing, relaxing, and immersing yourself in the sea.
