If you are already certified as a diver (Open Water or higher) but it has been a while since your last dive, we recommend you do a refresher dive before you start diving again on your own.
Refresher dives take place in the Montgrí coastal area, where you will practise basic safety exercises and review the fundamental knowledge you learnt on your course to regain your confidence in the water. You will be accompanied at all times by a professional instructor who will help you regain confidence and comfort underwater.
The price of the activity includes the outing, the complete equipment and the instructor. The only thing not included is the diving insurance.
