Freediving is about inner power, discipline and control. If you have always wanted to enter the underwater world peacefully, on your own terms, staying as long as your breathing allows, then freediving is for you. Taking the PADI Freediver course is your first step in discovering why freediving is becoming a popular way to explore beneath the waves.

The PADI Freediver course consists of three main phases:

Developing knowledge of the fundamentals of freediving through independent study with the PADI Freediver Touch™
Confined water session to learn apnea techniques as well as static and dynamic apnea. Objective - static apnea of 90 seconds and dynamic apnea of 25 meters.
Open water sessions to practice free immersion and freedives with constant weight, as well as appropriate buddy procedures. Objective - freedive with constant weight at 10 meters

INCLUDED IN THE COURSE:

REQUIREMENTS: To enroll in a PADI Freediver course you must be at least 12 years old. You need proper swimming techniques and to be in good physical health. No previous experience in freediving or freediving snorkeling is required. MINIMUM DURATION: 2 days (doing the theory online).
